Breath work with Charlotte was a great experience and one that I will be continuing, I was looking for some help to deal with stress from work and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I can’t recommend Charlotte’s breathwork sessions enough. However you are feeling she has a session plan to help, from calming techniques when life is stressful to energising breath when you are feeling tired or run down. Charlotte takes the time to discuss what’s going to work best for you each week and tailors the session for you which means I get something new from it every time.
